A traditional ingredient within North African cooking, our small, fine-skinned preserved lemons bring an intense lemon flavour and fragrance to a wide variety of dishes. The lemons are hand sorted and graded for size and quality, ensuring that every jar contains the best lemons. Preserving the lemons leaves the lemons with a punchy umami quality that adds a subtle yet distinctive citrus note to a range of dishes.
