Belazu Semi-Dried Balsamic Tomatoes

Description

These tomatoes are fully ripened on the vine and slow roasted with oregano to bring out their inherent sweetness. Spraying tomatoes with Balsamico de Modena before the drying process imbues the fruit with a sweet and sour tang. Rotating them during transport ensures an even flavour throughout.

Ingredients: Semi-Dried Tomatoes (48%), Sunflower Oil (45%), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (Wine Vinegar, Cooked Grape Must) (3%), Sugar, Salt, Herbs and Spices.
