Made from 100% traditional Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy.

An extra-dry farmhouse style cidre with a rustic but clean nose. This hand-crafted recipe was inherited from the cidre served at the Château de Sassy for generations. Best enjoyed alongside strong meat, charcuterie and cheese.
