Description

 ‘Nduja, is a spicy spreadable salami, simply made using fine minced pork meat, chilli peppers, salt and olive oil. A traditional recipe, without additives, preservatives or colourants.

The fiery flavour and rich taste make ‘Nduja perfect as a spread on bread but also an incredibly versatile ingredient that can be added to soups, stirred through pasta or used as a pizza topping.

Ingredients: pork fat, pork meat, Calabrian chili, olive oil, salt.
