A vibrant, fresh citrus paste made from whole preserved lemons, cured in-house for four weeks to develop their distinctive depth and aroma. Blended with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and a touch of sugar and salt for perfect balance. Made using the entire lemon — rind, flesh, and juice — to capture every layer of flavour.
