Belazu Tomato & Sage Pesto

Description

Based on Sardinian flavour combinations, this is a nut free, warm, sweet blend of semi-dried tomatoes, pecorino and sage. The flavours work well straight from the jar, as well as with winter vegetables, beans and soups.

Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, rehydrated semi-dried tomatoes (32%), peppers, tomato paste, vegetarian hard cheese (milk), pecorino cheese 3% (milk), salt, garlic puree, pine kernels, balsamic vinegar of modena IGP (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), dried sage, chili, black pepper, lemon juice.
