Description
Beluga lentils are tiny, round, black and shiny, resembling caviar.Their mild, slightly sweet flavour makes them ideal for salads, soups, chilli and stir fries.
Add 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of lentils. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes.
