Sardines are like good wine, they improve over time. Our sardines are steamed to make them lighter and more digestible and are prepared by hand in our workshops in Port Saint Louis du Rhône, France.

These are sardines in extra virgin olive oil, on each box you will find the year of manufacture (2016, 2017, 2018)

Fishing area: Central East Atlantic Ocean or Mediterranean Sea.
