Perard Lobster Soup
A delicious (100% natural) lobster soup prepared by Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France.
Awarded “Label Rouge” status in 2010 – a sort of “order of merit” for very high quality fine foods – this lobster soup has great depth of flavour and is really really good!
Perard lobster soup simply requires warming gently in a saucepan and makes a delicious French starter for three.
Add optional fried bread croutons (you can rub a garlic clove into these) and rouille and grated Emmental cheese.
