Description
A robust and full flavoured bean with a rich and creamy texture. Best known for their use in Mexican dishes.
Soak in plenty of cold water for at least 8hours. Drain & rinse. Cover with fresh water and bring to the boil. Simmer until tender (approx. 1.5 hours). Drain season.
