Garofalo Gluten Free Fusillone
Fusilli is a southern Italian word to indicate a kind of pasta similar to a spindle. Traditionally a knitting needle was used to form the spindle shape. We suggest that you do not rely completely on the cooking time recommended on the pack, but check a few minutes before the time is up so it is cooked to your taste.
