Three Rice Mix

Description

Tastes great in kedgerees, pilafs and with curry. With a combination of Camargue red, brown and wild rice this blend is visually striking and delivers on taste.
Rinse until water runs clear. Soak for 30mins. Drain and add 1cup of rice to 2cups of water. Bring to the boil, the cover and simmer for approx. 45mins. Drain and stand for 5mins fluffing before serving.
