The best of the best, made with the cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. This superb Balsamic vinegar has been through 15 ‘travasi’, the process by which every year the vinegar is moved from one barrel to the next, each time becoming richer, deeper and more complex in character.

Thick and syrupy it is truly special, something to be savoured.
