Perard Fish Soup
One of the most oldest and reputed fish soup brands in France, prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France – now come with an easier to open screw-top lid.
Perard fish soup is high in fish content, has great flavour, and one of the best fish soups we have tried (100% natural and gluten free).
Perard fish soup has been fairly recently awarded “Label Rouge” status – a sort of “order of merit” for quality fine foods in their field.
Serving Tips: shake well before opening. Pour contents into a saucepan and warm gently.
Serve with croutons, rouille, and a little grated Emmental (you can also add a little single cream). A great starter idea when entertaining as it is easy and tastes very good!
Another idea is to add white fish and shellfish to your Perard fish soup when it is hot, and cook them it to make a passable bouillabaisse!
