Organic white wine vinegar with a mild and fruity flavour. Ideal for use in marinades, sauces and vinaigrettes as well as great for pickling. Fontana Formiello white wine vinegar is made in Naples, in the south of Italy, through the fermentation and the ageing of selected organic Italian grapes. This vinegar is unpasteurised, unfiltered, with no added sulfites, and is rich in live enzymes making up the nutritious “mother”. Packed in glass bottles with aluminium cap. Wine vinegar has a very old history in Italy where it has been prized since Roman times for its therapeutic properties and culinary uses.
