Durum wheat semolina, eggs (19.3% on the dough, 12.6% on the finished product). Filling (34%): stewed pork (pork, salt, sugar, pepper, mace, coriander, nutmeg), breadcrumbs (wheat flour type “0”, natural yeast, salt, water), sunflower oil, potato flakes, eggs, flavours (milk, gluten), raw ham (pork legs, salt) (3.8% on the filling, 1.3% on the finished product), grana padano dop cheese (lysozyme from eggs) (2.5% on the filling, 0.8% on the finished product), salt. Antioxygen: rosemary extract.
